Timothy Edward Franks

Timothy Edward Franks, age 65, of Fairborn, went home to be with the Lord on April 18, 2021. He was born on July 19, 1955.

He is preceded in death by his son, Jessie Franks; his parents, Archie Franks and Patricia (nee Hill) Franks; grandparents, Archie Franks Sr. and Theresa Franks, Violet (nee Coates) Cooper and Max Cooper & James Hill and Helen (nee Fox) Hill; nephews, Craig Franks & Ryan Elam; & uncle and aunt, Frank and Karen Hill.

Timmy is survived by his loving wife of 10 years, Rhonda (nee Cole) Franks; children, Timothy (Angie Smalley) Franks & Tiffany (Carl Carter) Franks; mother of his children, Ann Jordan; step daughters, Brianna Syx & Joanie (Tyler) Syx; grandchildren, Caylin Franks, TJ Franks, Payton Rollins, Rayanna Carter, Reagan Carter, James Syx, Austin Williams, Memphis Robinson & Novella Williams; brothers, David (Sherry Lynn) Franks & Rick Franks; sisters, Nancy Blankenship, Cindy (Danny) Elam & Rita (Larry) Franks and several aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

Timmy was a passionate fishermen. He loved life and you would catch him singing anywhere he went. He loved to climb trees, that was one of his happy places, which was passed down from his father. He loved his family and would do anything for anyone. He touched the lives of so many people that will miss him dearly. He had a great gift for making people smile and laugh.

A visitation will be held Sunday April 25, 2021 from 12:00 pm to 2:00 pm with a Celebration of Life at 2:00 pm at Newcomer - Beavercreek Chapel (3380 Dayton-Xenia Road, Beavercreek, Ohio 45432).
