Timothy J. Edwards, "Tim", 64, of Dayton, passed away April 3, 2020 after a lengthy battle with cancer.
He was born July 24, 1955 in Portsmouth, Ohio to Howard L. Edwards and Lucille (Ingles) Caldwell. Tim is survived by his wife of 40 years, Helen M. (Wood) Edwards; daughter, Nicole Ranville; 4 granddaughters, Destiny, Cierra, Ashlyn, and Emma; Brother, Roger (Kathy) Edwards; sister, Sharon (Rick) Homer; step-father, Donald Caldwell; sisters-in-law, Lynn (Allan) Wood, Donna (Al) Hoyle, Dalaina (Mel) Flancher, Beth (Donnie) Ulrich; brother-in-law, Gilce (Marsha) Wood, several nieces, nephews and friends.
Tim worked with his step-dad, Don Caldwell, at DG Caldwell Concrete for many years, and also worked for Gem City Metal Technologies as a driver. Tim loved tinkering, cars and trucks. He will be remembered for his quiet sense of humor. Tim was loved by all who knew him and will be deeply missed.
