Timothy was born August 4, 1973 in Dayton, Ohio to John Franklin Parker and Brenda Yvonne Price Parker.
He is survived by his daughter, Haven Parker (Teddy Bates), honorary son, Drew Haskins; Grandson, Declan Bates; father, John Parker, mother, Brenda Y. Parker; brothers, Don Parker (Jacqui), Keith Parker (Angie), John Parker Jr. (Shelley), Thomas Parker (Tori), Andy Parker (Nikki Warford), Joe Parker (Cindy) and Charlie Parker (Angie); and an abundance of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
To know Tim was to love him. A heart of gold and a willingness to help people, and one that set the example for others.
The family will receive friends on Saturday, September 2, 2023 from 2-4pm at the Newcomer North Chapel, 4104 Needmore Rd., Dayton, Ohio 45424. The service will begin at 4pm.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to his daughter, Haven and grandson, Declan.
