Valerio, Tim Jon
Age 58 of Beavercreek, passed away August 31, 2006 at Hospice of Dayton Tim was born February 4, 1948 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Tim graduated from Polaski High School (Milwaukee, Wisconsin), received his Bachelor Degree from University of Maryland and his Master's Degree from Troy University in Alabama. Tim and Norma met in Colorado Springs, Colorado and were married in the Air Force Academy Chapel. He retired with 20 years in the United States Air Force and was currently employed as a Marketing Rep at The Boeing Corp since Feb 03, 1987. Tim's hobbies were: golfing, boating and woodworking. He was known as "Mr Fix It" by friends and family. He was a member of NDIA (National Defense Industrial Association) and AFA (Air Force Association) and Miami Valley Golf Club. He will be deeply missed by his family and friends. Tim is survived by his wife Norma of 37 years, his daughter, Aysha R. and husband, Douglas S. Osten; son, Chad C. Valerio; grandchildren, Mason G. Osten and Alexis J. Valerio; brother, James A. and wife, Lanette Valerio; aunt, Jean Kozlowski; mother and father in-law, Jean & Bill Edwards; several cousins; and many friends. He is preceded in death by his parents, John "Curly" and Marian Valerio from Milwaukee, Wisconsin. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Hospice of Dayton, 334 Wilmington Avenue, Dayton, Ohio 45420 in memory of Tim Valerio. Visitation will be Thursday, September 7, 2006 from 4:00 to 5:00 and a Memorial Service to follow at 5:00 at Newcomer Funeral Home at 3380 Dayton-Xenia Road, Beavercreek, Ohio 45432.
