Tiffani Dawn Gilpin

May 1, 1981 – February 3, 2024

Tiffani Dawn Gilpin, a light to all who knew her, went home to be with her Lord on February 3, 2024. Tiffani was the loving wife to Craig. He referred to her as "his angel." She was the precious daughter to Mervin and Sherrie Miller, the little sister to Justin (Joni) and Jason Miller. A wonderful Aunt to Austin Miller, Trinity (Kyler) Reeves, Titus, Titan, and Trevor Miller. Tiffani was loved by her many uncles, aunts, cousins, and a host of friends. She was also Momma to her sweet fur baby, Abby, whom she loved. Tiffani was proceeded in death by her dad Mervin and both sets of grandparents.

A few days before his death, a butterfly sat on Mervin's shoulder for a significant amount of time. Ever since then the butterfly has been an important symbol to the Miller family. The butterfly is a symbol of transformation, empathy, hope, rebirth, beauty, love, freedom, humor, honesty, active listening and deep love. The butterfly will have even more importance now as Tiffani was the quintessential butterfly. Like a butterfly, Tiffani was a free spirit that loved fiercely. Her huge compassionate heart touched each of us in very special ways. If Tiffani knew you were hurting, she was there to give the best hugs, support, or anything else she thought you might need. Her sweet spirit and smile were infectious and would light up a room. Tiffani's light-hearted spirit included a great sense of humor and ability to plan parties celebrating the blessings in life. She loved an adventure! It might be a trip to Houston Woods, the beach, or just the local swimming pool. As long as she had her family and friends with her, she was ready to go! Tiffani could be brutally honest. Even if she didn't say anything, one of her many faces would let you know how she was feeling. Oh, how we loved the many faces of Tiffani! Butterflies are fragile creatures. Even though Tiffani's body became fragile, she always had a warrior princess spirit.

Tiffani has been reborn and now her soul and body have been renewed. She is free from pain. She is now at peace in Heaven with her Lord, Dad, and grandparents. She endured much and her life was way too short, but today she would tell us today to love life, family, and friends with all your heart!

Funeral service will be held at 12 PM on Thursday, February 8, 2024, at Friendship Missionary Baptist Church, 522 N 12th St., Miamisburg, Ohio 45342. Visitation will begin prior to service at 10 AM. Tiffani will be laid to rest at Hillgrove Cemetery in Miamisburg.
