Thomas Ward

Thomas Leon Ward, age 59 of Enon, passed away Wednesday, September 10, 2014 after a long, hard fought battle with cancer at The Ohio State University Medical Center. He was born December 7, 1954 in Dayton, Ohio; the son of Thomas and Lova Ward. Tom retired after 25 years of Government service.

He is preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Mike Ward.

Tom is survived by his wife, Deborah; two daughters, Amanda (Rusty) Kinch and Elissa (Doug) Lyons; a grandchild, Justyne Lyons; and three sisters, Shirley Ward, Pat (Gary) Wright, and Brenda (Don) Bach. He is also survived by numerous family and friends.

Funeral Service will be held Tuesday, September 16, 2014 at 11:00 am at Newcomer Funeral Home - Beavercreek Chapel (3380 Dayton-Xenia Rd., Beavercreek, Ohio 45432). Visitation will be Monday evening from 5:00 to 8:00 at the funeral home. Burial will take place in New Carlisle Cemetery.
