Thomas Randall Neff

NEFF, Thomas Randall, 20, of Dayton, OH passed away Wednesday September 7, 2011. He is preceded in death by his grandmother, Joyce Neff. Survivors include in his parents, Randy and Kelly Neff; grandparents, Jerry Neff, Kay Conover, and Kenneth Lyninger; siblings, Joseph Neff, Rachel Neff, and Anna Neff. Tommy loved spending time with his family; his cousins, aunts, and uncles on a daily basis.

Funeral service is Sunday September 11, 2011 starting at 6:30pm to celebrate his life, with visitation immediately following and concluding at 8:30pm at the Apex Community Church, 5200 Far Hills Avenue, Kettering, OH 45429. Burial service will be private for the family only. Arrangements by the Newcomer Funeral Home (South Chapel), Kettering, OH.
