Thomas "Poose" Sanders

Thomas "Poose" H. Sanders, age 66 of Beavercreek, Ohio passed away at home surrounded by his family on March 15, 2021. He was born July 31, 1954 in Dayton, Ohio son of the late Thomas and Wilma Sanders.

Poose was a loving father, grandfather, brother, uncle, and friend. He loved children and animals. Poose was an avid Browns fan. He enjoyed riding his Harley Motorcycles. Poose was a good business man. He loved to play Texas Hold-em Tournaments.

Poose was preceded in death by his parents Thomas and Wilma Sanders.

Poose is survived by his wife, Alice Sanders; children, Jason (Rhonda) Newsome of Indiana, Joseph (Maggie) Palmer of Georgia, Stacy (De'Quawn Simmons) Palmer of Dayton, Amanda (Chris Butler) Palmer of Beavercreek; 13 grandchildren; 1 great granddaughter on the way; siblings, James "Allen" Sanders of Dayton, Jeannine (Chris) Meek of Dayton, Kim Sanders of Manchester, Jeff (Lisa) Sanders of Greenville; as well as numerous other family members and friends.

The family will receive friends on Sunday, March 21, 2021 from 2-4 pm at Newcomer Funeral Home (3380 Dayton-Xenia Road, Beavercreek, Ohio 45432).

The State of Ohio is under a mandatory mask order that requires masks to be worn in all public places.
