PHILLIPS, Thomas C. Jr., 63 of Dayton passed away Sunday, August 12, 2007 at Grandview Hospital. He is preceded in death by his parents Thomas and Alda Phillips. Thomas is survived by his son Thomas C. Phillips III; daughter Temperance C. Phillips; brother Palmi Lee Phillips; aunts and uncles Harry L. Phillips, Mildred Phillips, Gary Phillips, and Judy Deeter; other family and friends. He was a veteran in U.S. Army. A graveside service will be held 1:00PM Tuesday, August 21, 2007 at Dayton National Cemetery, 4100 W.
