In loving memory of THOMAS MACK PANNELL, born March 16, 1924 in Boomer, West Virginia to Thomas Pannell and Annie Moon-Pannell. He departed this life on Sunday, July 21, 2019 surrounded by family in Dayton, Ohio.
He attended Logan High School in Logan, WV. He loved all kinds of sports and his favorite team was the Pittsburgh Steelers. He was a retiree of Regional Transit Authority (RTA) after many years of service. He was a member of Dayton Toros Motorcycle Club since 1974 and was better known as DADDY BULL (TMP) to his biker family. He was a proud man who loved his family and friends.
Thomas was preceded in death by his father, Thomas Pannell; mother, Annie Moon-Pannell; brothers: Jack Johnson Pannell and Willow Pannell; sisters: Julina Pannell and Mary Jones; and son, Billy Clair.
He leaves to cherish his memory: sister, Levonia Jones of Charleston, WV; sons: Joe (Heather) Baker of Troy, OH and Corey (Tina) Richardson of Dayton, OH; daughter, Sandy Richardson of Dayton, OH; cousin, Mack Moon; niece, Joann Witten; nephews: Edmond (Betty) Jones, Winnie and Michael Williams; grandsons: Bam and Tony of Charleston,WV; a host of grandchildren, nieces and nephews. He is also survived by his significant and devoted friend, Julia Baker who took care of him and will miss him, but God loved him best; and devoted friends: Charles Thompson (Dirty Red), Jesse Brown (Kato) and Dawn Brown (Mommadragon).
