Thomas R. Mckenzie Sr.
February 17, 1939 — November 21, 2019
Thomas R. McKenzie, age 80 of Dayton, passed away Thursday, November 21, 2019 at Miami Valley Hospital. He was born February 17, 1939 in Wayne, West Virginia, the son of the late Estell and Laura McKenzie.
Along with his parents, he is preceded in death by his son, Ronald McKenzie; grandson, Donald Wilkin; brothers, Glen and Wayne; sisters, Mary, Rosie, Elaine, Becky.
Thomas is survived by his wife, Neva; children, Thomas (Janice) McKenzie Jr., Cindy (David) Styles, Lisa (Craig) Loudin, Beverly (Lonnie) Bilbrey; 11 grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren; sisters, Beatrice, Carol, Nancy and Denise; as well as numerous other family members and friends.
Thomas thoroughly enjoyed thrift stores and flea markets. He also had a love of music and telling stories.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, November 26, 2019 from 5:00 pm to 6:00 pm at North Chapel (4104 Needmore Rd., Dayton, Ohio 45424). A Memorial Service will begin at 6 pm.
