Blake, Thomas H., "Tommy", age 70, of Beavercreek, passed away Thursday, October 10, 2013.
He and his brother owned and operated Blake's Heating and Air Conditioning for over 42 years. Tommy had a passion for fishing.
He is survived by his 2 sisters, Shirley (Ron) Holsopple of Greenville, Connie Pouder of Panama City Beach, FL; 2 brothers, Charles (Nancy) Blake of Centerville, George (Gladys) Blake of Temple, TX; numerous nieces and nephews, and his many coffee drinking buddies.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Heart Association or to the Shriners' Hospital for Children in Tommy's memory.
