Hargis, Theresa A. age 70, of New Carlisle, Ohio passed away on Friday, January 22, 2021.
She was born in Dayton, Ohio on September 26, 1950 to the late William (Dorothy) and Rita Taliaferro (nee Heitman).
She is preceded in death by her husband, Preston Hargis; daughter, Theresa L. Hargis; son, Billy Hargis; and sister, Diane Taliaferro.
Theresa is survived by her children, Angela (Kevin) Miller, Melissa (Jeff) Banis, Andrea Whitley, Mary (James) Houston, and Johnny (Elizabeth) Hargis; 16 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren; siblings, Sue (Kris) Roush, Tom (Christine) Taliaferro, Pam (Garland) Engle, Joe (Clara) Taliaferro, and Jane (Mike) Brown; and a host of other family members and friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, January 28, 2021 from 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Beavercreek Chapel, 3380 Dayton-Xenia Rd., Beavercreek, Ohio 45432.
Funeral Ceremony will take place on Friday, January 29, 2021 at 10:00 am at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Beavercreek Chapel, 3380 Dayton-Xenia Rd., Beavercreek, Ohio 45432. Theresa will be laid to rest next to her beloved husband at Valley View Memorial Gardens.
