GORSKY, Theresa M. Age 97, passed away at her residence in Beavercreek, OH on Monday, January 30, 2017, surrounded by her loving family.
Theresa was born and raised in Elmira, NY.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 58 years, Leonard (Wimpy), and infant daughter, June Marie. Daughter to Dominic Mustico and Costantina Mustico Romeo, founder of Mustico's Restaurant, and step father Frank Romeo (the Red Wagon Popcorn Man) . Preceded in death by brothers Carmen, Louis J., Dominic and Rocco Mustico, and also by great granddaughter Stephanie Willis.
She is survived by her daughters, Phyllis Ditmer (Jerry) of Palm Bay, FL; Joyce Fawell (John) of Clearwater, FL; Judith Pitt (Richard) of Beavercreek, OH; six grandchildren, Kim Richmond (Michael), Scott Ditmer, Jeffrey S. Fawell, Jason T. Fawell (Paula), Eric Pitt, and Leanna Pitt; three great grandchildren, four great, great grandchildren, and many special nieces and nephews. She will be lovingly remembered and greatly missed by her family.
She retired from Westinghouse after 20 years, after working at Mustico's Restaurant. She was a long time parishioner of St. Patrick's Church before moving to Beavercreek, OH in 1985.
Visitation will be held 5-7 PM, Friday, February 3, 2017 at Mc Inerny Funeral Home, 502 W. Water St, Elmira, NY. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10 AM on Saturday, February 4, 2017 at St. Patrick's Catholic Church, 604 Park Place, Elmira, NY. Burial will follow at St. Peter & Paul's Cemetery, 625 Franklin St., Elmira, NY.
