Age 73, of Dayton, passed away Friday, June 29, 2007, at Grandview Hospital. She was born October 31, 1933 in Brooklyn, New York to the late Adam & Helen Jastrzembski. Theresa is survived by her husband of the past 55 years, Robert J. Wanczyk; three sons, Robert Roy & his wife, Janet Wanczyk, Steven Wanczyk, and Thomas Wanczyk; seven grandchildren, Alysia, Heather, Joseph, Amanda, Robin, Cara and Christine; one great grandchild, Aubrey; and by one brother, Edward & his wife, Ellen Jastrzembski. Theresa was a member of St. Adalbert Catholic Church. The family will be receiving friends from 5:00 – 8:00 p.m., Thursday, at Newcomer Funeral Home & Crematory, 4104 Needmore Road, Dayton. Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m., Friday, at St. Adalbert Catholic Church. Interment will follow at Dayton National Cemetery. If friends desire, contributions may be made in memory of Theresa to the American Heart Association.
