Theodore Tyre Marcum "Ted"
October 16, 1937 — December 5, 2019
Theodore Tyre Marcum, "Ted," age 82 of Riverside, passed away Thursday, December 5, 2019. He was born October 16, 1937 in Hillsboro, Ohio, the son of the late Homer and Louise Marcum.
Along with his parents, he is preceded in death by his wife of 46 years, Adda Lenora "Lee" Marcum; daughters, Lynnlee Rae and Lisa Renee; 2 brothers; and 4 sisters.
Ted is survived by his daughter, Theda Dowler (Harvey Grooms); sisters, Elsie Monson, Wanda Lane, Georgie Marietta; granddaughter, Angela Orrender; 1 great grandson, Boady Brady; step-daughter, Debi Duke; as well as numerous other relatives and friends.
Ted served his country in the Army National Guard and retired from Hammer Graphics. The family would like to thank Fidelity Home Care and Cross Roads Hospice.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, December 12, 2019 from 12:30 to 1:30 pm at Newcomer North Chapel (4104 Needmore Rd., Dayton, Ohio 45424). Funeral service will begin at 1:30 pm. Burial will follow in Willow View Cemetery.
