Theodore "Ted" Armstrong, 54, of Fairborn, died Saturday, January 17, 2015, while vacationing in Florida. He was preceded in death by his mother, Connie Millette. He is survived by his wife, Tonia Armstrong and their two sons, Adam and Matthew. He will be missed by all who knew and loved him. Services will be private.
