Thelma Shea

Thelma Shea, age 88, of Toledo, Ohio, passed away Friday, August 19, 2022, in Beavercreek, Ohio. She was born on February 18, 1934, to Hermenegildo and Lourdes (Dizon) De La Rosa in the Pangasinan Province of the Philippines. She be came a US citizen on March 12, 1982. Thelma received a Bach elor of Science in Education from Centro Escolar Univer sity in Manila in 1956. She was Office Manager of her husband, Eduardo's, medi cal practice for many years. She loved cooking and en tertaining and was an active member of the Filipino As sociation of Toledo. She is survived by her chil dren, Revie (Michael) Papio, Editha Dehm, Bernadette Guy, Eduardo Shea Jr., and Kathleen (Ton) Le; brother, Roger (Lita) De La Rosa; son-in-law, Kirk Guy; grand children, Charles (Alley), Robert (Annie), Alex, Jo seph (Bryan), Anthony (Jil lian), Angelina (Matthew), Daniel (Molly), Giovanni, Dustin (Maureen), Jason, Zachary (Joshua), Anya (Robert), Margaux, Kaitlyn, Lily, and Thomas; 8 great grandchildren; and many dear friends, especially Jo ven Malanyaon, who will all remember her with love. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; daughter, Marilou; brother, José (Saniata); sister, Car men; brother, Ernesto (El sie); and son-in-law, Brian.
