Thelma Lee Bayne, age 84, of Beavercreek, passed away Sunday, September 27, 2015. She was born June 4, 1931 in Nicholasville, Kentucky.
Thelma enjoyed playing cards, camping, fishing and all activities outdoors. She cherished spending time with her daughters and sisters on their various trips. Thelma will be greatly missed by friends and family.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Grace Baughn; father, Robert Hager; husband, Ronald Bayne; brother, Lloyd Hager; sister, Virginia Karas and grandson, Roger Buchanan.
Thelma is survived by her daughters, Brenda Johnson, Sara L. Hohne, Margie (Tom) Blair, Debra (David) Oltrogge, Frances Clark and Connie Chalfan; son, Harold Clark; sisters, Louise Rogers and Barbara (Joe) Smith; dear friend, Gene Price; 18 grandchildren, 29 great-grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and many dear friends most of which resided at Heartland of Beavercreek.
Visitation will be held from 5:00 to 8:00 pm on Friday, October 2, 2015 at Newcomer Funeral Home Beavercreek Chapel, 3380 Dayton-Xenia Rd., Beavercreek, Ohio 45432. Funeral services at 10:00 am on Saturday, October 3, 2015 at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Willow View Cemetery.
