KUBILIUS, Thelma, age 92, of Dayton, passed away on November 27, 2014. She is preceded in death by her husband, John Kubilius.
Thelma is survived by her children, Nancy (Woodrow) Smith and Randy (Donna) Kubilius; grandchildren, Brady (Selena) Smith; great grandchildren, Amanda and Cody Smith, as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held at 11:00 am on Tuesday, December 9, 2014 at the chapel at St. Leonard's Center, 8100 Clyo Rd., Centerville.
