Thelma Armitage

ARMITAGE, Thelma, age 90, of Xenia, passed away on Friday, March 30, 2012. She is preceded in death by her husband, Frederick Moreland Armitage; parents, William and Rose Shrout; brothers, Raymond, Buford, and Virgil Shrout.

Thelma is survived by her sons and daughters-in-law, Michael and Gaynell and Dawson and Jill Armitage; grandchildren, Michael Tod and wife, Sherry Armitage, Melissa and husband, Jeff Compston, Timothy Wayne and Anisa Michelle Armitage; great grandchildren; Jake, Ben, Sam, and Mara Compston, and Michael Paul Armitage; siblings, Nellie Blair, William "Bill" Taylor Shrout, Jr., and Virgie Spencer.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am on Friday, April 6, 2012 at Newcomer Funeral Home, 3380 Dayton-Xenia Road, Beavercreek, OH. David Spahr will be officiating. Burial will follow at Miami Valley Memory Gardens, Centerville, OH with David Koester officiating. Family will receive friends 1 hour prior to services at the funeral home.
