Terry William Simon, 75, of Kettering, Ohio and formerly of Meredosia, Illinois passed away on August 21, 2023. He was born January 16, 1948 in Jacksonville, Illinois, the son of Bernard "Bill" and Odessa Simon.
He is survived by daughters Angela (Greg) Moorman of Kettering, Ohio and Jennifer (Chuck) Green of Ashland, Illinois. Three grandchildren Matthew Simon, Riley and Jonathan Green. Two sisters Karen (Dennis) Simon of Jacksonville, Illinois and Lisa (Kristoffer) Walden of Donnelson, Illinois. Nieces Kari McGownd, Krystle (Brian) Blanchard, Avery Walden and nephew Ashton Walden. Uncles Tony (Virigina) Simon and Dick (Peg) Simon and numerous cousins.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Terry graduated from Meredosia-Chambersburg-High School in 1966. After graduating high school he joined the U.S. Military and served in the Air Force until 1971.
