MEADE, Terry Allen
age 54 of Washington Township, OH, passed away Thursday, April 6, 2006 at Hospice of Dayton. Terry served our country in the United States Navy during the Vietnam War. He is survived by his wife of 32 years, Shelby Meade (nee Kirchner); children, Dawn Tepelides, Ryan Meade, and Jennifer Meade; mother and step-father, Ruth Meade and James Rahe of Kingsport, TN; grandmother, Nellie Bullis Smith of Kingsport, TN; sister, Debbie (Harold) Gilliam of Kingsport, TN; brother, Chuck (Beth) Meade; sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Gigi and Scott Earhart; and grandchildren, Kayne, Sydney, and Hanna. Terry was preceded in death by his father, Archie L. Meade and grandfather, Walter Bullis. Funeral services will be held 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, April 11, 2006 at Newcomer Funeral Home, 3940 Kettering Blvd. Family will receive friends 5:00-8:00 p.m. Monday at the funeral home. Interment will be in David's Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be given in Terry's memory to Hospice of Dayton.
