Terry L. Hixson, 70, of Dayton, passed away Saturday, February 21, 2015. He was born September 26, 1944 in Dayton, Ohio the son of the late Herbert and Jonelle Hixson.
He is preceded in death by his brother, Herbert Hixson Jr. and grandson, Hunter Jamieson.
Terry is survived by his loving wife Mittie; four daughters, Teresa (Johnny Ray ) Vaughan-Price, Christina Hixson, Melissa Grasty and Tammy Adkins; two step-daughters, Jennifer (Vince) Williams and Tanya (David) Flowers; step-son, James (Ruth) Grubb; two brothers, Michael and Dennis; sister, Pat and many grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and friends.
Visitation will be held from 5:00 to 8:00 pm on Wednesday, February 25, 2015 at Newcomer Funeral Home North Chapel 4104 Needmore Rd., Dayton, Ohio 45424. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 pm on Thursday, February 26, 2015 at the funeral home.
Burial will follow at Dayton Memorial Park.
