Terry Lee Goodwin

Terry Lee Goodwin, age 71 of Lucasville, formerly of Springfield, passed away Friday, July 8, 2022 at Kettering Health Main Campus. He was born March 3, 1951 in Portsmouth, Ohio the son of the late Chester and Avanell Goodwin.
Terry was the co-owner of Goodwin Dental Lab in Springfield, OH with his wife Rita. They owned the lab for 17 years and worked together after that at Affordable Dentures in Middletown for 16 years. He absolutely loved his dogs Chester and Polly. Terry loved his family dearly and enjoyed camping together with Rita and the dogs. He was a very talented painter and enjoyed collecting guns as well as participating in 1865 reenactments.
Terry is survived by his brother, Roger Goodwin; sister, Clarissa Hoffer; many nieces and nephews; great and great great nieces and nephews and brother-in-laws and sister-in-laws. He is preceded in death by his loving wife, Rita K. Goodwin and siblings, Mark Goodwin and Shauna Haung.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donation can be made to The Dayton Art Institute in Terry's honor.
A graveside service will be held on Monday, July 18, 2022 at 2:00 pm at Byron Cemetery (3256 Trebein Road, Fairborn, Ohio 45324).
