Terry Edwards

Edwards, Terry, age 70, of Union, passed away on Monday, December 31, 2007 at Harborside Healthcare, Troy. He was born May 23, 1937 in Speedwell, TN, the son of Verlin & Cecil (Graves) Edwards. He served in the U.S. Army and was formerly employed by Youngs Van and Storage. He is preceded in death by his parents and 5 brothers, Coy, Austin, Arlis, Lloyd, & Boyd Edwards. Survivors include his wife, Retha Edwards; children, Wilma Edwards of Union, Robert Edwards of Dayton, Rob (Veronica) Cornett of Clayton, Randy Edwards of Union; 5 grandchildren, Heidi, Andy, Jessica, Haley, & Robert Edwards; brothers, Carl Edwards of Lafollette, TN, Ken Edwards of Speedwell, TN, & Condis Edwards of Speedwell, TN; and his sister, Cedilla Brandscomb of Speedwell, TN. Funeral services will be held on Friday, January 4, 2008 at Newcomer Funeral Home & Crematory, 4104 Needmore Rd., Dayton, OH. Burial will follow at Dayton Memorial Park Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Friday from 9:30 AM until the time of services. If so desired, memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Miami County.
