TRAYLOR, Teresa Ann, of Centerville, OH passed away Sunday, May 29, 2011. She is preceded in death by her father, Joseph L. Ulrich Sr.; survivors include, mother, June Ulrich; brothers, Joe Ulrich, Steve Ulrich, and Brian Ulrich; nieces, Jessica, Candice, Tracy, Erica, and Jami; and great nephews, Cameron and Caleb.
Visitation is Saturday June 4, 2011 from 3pm to 5pm with memorial service starting at 5pm at the Newcomer Funeral Home (South Chapel) Kettering, OH.
Deacon Roger Duffy is officiating.
Donations may be made to the American Cancer Society.
