Teresa Lakes

LAKES, Teresa Gail age 60, of Middletown, passed away August 19, 2016. She was born in Middletown, Ohio on February 18, 1956 to Clellon "Cotton" and Molly (Combs) Lakes.

Teresa is preceded in death by her father, maternal grandparents, John and Fayma Combs; paternal grandparents, John Lakes and Goldie Maupin; aunts, Lillian Brooks and Dottie Collins; and special cousin, Don Martinez.

She is survived by her mother, Molly Lakes; brothers, Larry (Rose) Lakes and Rob (Kelly) Tackett; sisters, Cheryl (Jeff) Trimble, Leslie (Joe) Lakes and Kim Lakes; step-mother, Carol Kennedy Lakes; nieces and nephews, Brandon, Brian (Cara Jo) and Brent Trimble; James, Karen and Stanley Lakes; Kayla Napier Albright, Lane Brumfield, John Lakes, Ashley Lakes, Amber Williams, Heather Dunn, Chris Dunn; special cousin, Tammy Brooks Cornett, and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins and good friends.

A Celebration of Teresa's Life will be held on Wednesday, August 24, 2016 at 11:00 am at the Vineyard Community Church in Franklin, Ohio. Family will greet friends on Wednesday from 10 am until the time of service at the church. Burial will follow at Butler County Memorial Park, Hamilton, Ohio. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the family to assist in defraying funeral expenses.
