Age 62, of Clayton, passed away Wednesday, October 13, 2010. She was preceded in death by her parents, Harold & Ida C. (Ezell) Carpenter. Teresa is survived by two daughters, Pat Hayes and Holly Hayes Gildea (Mike); one granddaughter, Gina Gildea; her former spouse, Leonard Hayes; one sister, Joyce Carpenter; her special friend, Eileen Clark; and by her extended family in Auburn & Bowling Green, Kentucky. Teresa was a great animal lover and adopted & found homes for many stray dogs & cats who would not have otherwise found loving homes. Contributions may be made in memory of Teresa to your local animal shelter.
