Teresa Marie Butts

Teresa Marie Butts, age 72 of Xenia, passed away Tuesday, March 30, 2021. She was born June 8, 1948 in Springfield, Ohio to the late Ralph and Victoria Terrell.
Teresa is survived by her sons: Michael (Lisa) Parks, and Larry (Angela) Parks; daughter, Lisa (Wayne Wenzler) Allen; grandchildren: Brandon, Michaela, Zachary, Rachel, Ryan, Abby, Aryan, and Kenny; 7 great-grandchildren; siblings: Sharon, Nancy, and Jack; and several other family members and friends.
Teresa was a very friendly, outgoing person who loved to talk to people, and wave to everyone she encountered. She was always the first to step up to help anyone in need. Teresa was an active member of the Loyal Order of the Moose #1629. She loved dancing, and was very close to her sister, Sharon. She and Sharon were best friends, and shared everything together. Most of all, Teresa enjoyed spending time with her family. Even in the end, Teresa wanted to give to others. Her last giving act was to be a tissue donor.
In addition to her parents, Teresa was preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth Butts; son, David Parks; and brother, Ralph Terrell Jr.
A private celebration of life is being planned for a later date.
