Ted Landis

LANDIS, Theodore V. (Ted) 72 of Harrison Twp. passed away Friday 9/3/04 at Hospice of Dayton after a lengthy illness. He was born on Dec. 20, 1931, son of the late Herman & Etoile (Mahr) Landis. Ted was retired toolmaker of A. F. Leis Company. Ted is suvived by his loving wife of 22yrs., Sondra Lee (Wiles) Landis; step-sons, Scott & Brett (Sharon) Arnold; step-granddaughters Hannah & Lydia Arnold and step-grandson Caleb Arnold; 4 sons, David, Danny, Tim & Marty Landis; 3 daughters, Connie Thomas, Tammy Robbins & Yvawn Philpot, numerous grandchildren; sister, Sally Ferno; brother, Gary Landis; a host of other family & friends. Services will be held 10 am Wed. 9/8/04 at Newcomer Farley Funeral Home, 4104 Needmore Rd. Family will receive visitors from 5-8 pm Tues. evening at the funeral home. Interment will be in Glen Haven Memorial Gardens. Pastor Larry Grunden will be officiating services. Ted will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him.
