Tara Cherice Patton, age 46, passed away on Saturday, September 10, 2016 at Hospice of Dayton. Tara was born on July 15, 1970 in Dayton, Ohio, to the late Darrell Winston and Michelle Patton.
Along with her parents, Tara is preceded in death by her grandmother, Gloria Patton; grandfather, Walter Patton.
She is survived by her uncles, Mark Patton, Kevin Cherry, Craig Cherry, Michael Patton, Sr; cousins, Mike Patton, Jr., Chante Patton, Walter Gerrard Patton, Anthony Patton; aunt, Rosalie Patton; significant other, William Stanfield; as well as a host of other relatives and friends.
Tara graduated from Jefferson Township High School and then went on to complete her Bachelor's degree in fashion merchandising from Bowling Green University.
Family will receive friends on Saturday, September 24, 2016 from 10 am to 12 pm at Newcomer Funeral Home- South Chapel, 3940 Kettering Blvd., Kettering, Ohio 45439. A memorial service will begin at 12 pm.
