Tammy Sparks, age 54, of Washington Township, passed away June 30, 2016 at her residence.
She was born September 4, 1961 in Middlesboro, KY the daughter of Robert and Jerri (Davis) Sparks.
She is preceded in death by her grandmother, Ernestine Sparks; grandmother, Thelma Davis; grandfather, Clarence Davis and aunt, Carol Sparks.
Tammy is survived by her daughter, Elizabeth Sparks, parents, Robert and Jerri Sparks; brothers, Michael, Mark and Jay Sparks; sister, Lynn Washburn; sisters-in-law, Lorrie, Jennifer and Cindy Sparks; and brother-in-law, Scot Washburn. She is also survived by numerous other family and friends.
A Celebration of Tammy's life will be held on Sunday, July 3, 2016 at 3:00 pm at Normandy United Methodist Church. Tammy's family will receive friends from 2:00 to 3:00 pm on Sunday at the church.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Tammy's memory to the Katy Ault Phillips Melanoma Foundation (envelopes will be available at the church).
