Tammy Lee Parnell

Tammy Parnell, age 61, of Dayton, Ohio, passed away on December 29, 2022. She was born on June 18, 1961 to Richard Franer and Sheila (Franer) Schiessler.

Tammy was preceded in death by her mother, Sheila; grandparents: Minnie and Rufus Daniels and William and Florence Franer; step sister: Brenda Schiessler; niece, Jennifer McAllister.

Tammy is survived by her sons: Jeffrey (Victoria), Brian, and Steven Parnell; grandchildren: Noah and Cian; father, Richard (Judith) Franer; step father, Stephen (Joyce) Schiessler; brother Chris (Megan) Franer; step brothers: Stephen (Nancy), Scott, Samuel (Tammy), and Simon Schiessler; close friends: Dee and Nate; and many other family and special friends.

Tammy had a deep love for everything Christmas related, it was her favorite holiday. She also enjoyed watching football- specifically the Cincinnati Bengals and Kansas City Chiefs. She had a loving and selfless heart, she cared about her kids and grandkids more than anything.

A visitation will be held on Saturday, January 7, 2023 from 12:30pm to 1:30pm at the Newcomer North Chapel, 4104 Needmore Road, Dayton. Funeral services will be held immediately following at 1:30pm officiated by Pastor Tim Walden. Tammy will be laid to rest next to her mother at David's Cemetery.
