Tamatha Renee "Tammy" Swathwood, age 52, passed away October 14, 2022. She was born May 15, 1970 in Dayton, Ohio to the late William and Lorena Smith. In addition to her parents, Tammy was preceded in death by her brother, Douglas Smith.
Tammy is survived by her husband, Darryl Swathwood; children; Jessica Paige, Justin Jacob and Macy Brookes Swathwood; and grandchildren, Gabriella, Aidan, Isaiah and Willow Rose.
Visitation will be held from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm on Monday, October 31, 2022 at Newcomer North Chapel, 4104 Needmore Road. A graveside service will follow at 2:45 pm at Cedar Hill Cemetery in Trotwood, OH, where she will be laid to rest.
