Susan M. Palmer, age 58 of Dayton, formerly of Columbus, passed away Friday, July 12, 2019 at Grafton Oaks Rehabilitation & Nursing Center. She was born June 22, 1961 in Cleveland, Ohio, the daughter of the late Richard and Beverly Palmer.
Susan is survived by her siblings, Linda (Jeff) Woolson, Jill Lewis, Rick (Vicky) Palmer; as well as numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
Susan will be missed by all who knew her.
Services will be held in Cleveland,OH at a later date.
