Susan Marie McIntosh, age 55, of Dayton, went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, May 17, 2016.
Susan was born on December 21, 1960 in Rapid City, SD to the late Gerald & Caecilie Bonfield.
She is survived by her loving husband of 29 years, Don "Skeeter" McIntosh; children, Lori McIntosh and Mark McIntosh; grandson, Karsen McIntosh; sister, Connie (Lenny) Faul; brother, Dana (Lisa) Bonfield; and many other relatives and friends.
Susan was a caring loving wife, mother, grandmother, friend and nurse.
The family will receive friends on Tuesday, May 24, 2016 from 5:30-7pm at Newcomer Funeral Home South Chapel (3940 Kettering Blvd, Kettering, OH 45439). A memorial service will follow at 7pm.
Donations may be made in Susan's memory to the Patch Adams MD & Gesundheit Institute, P.O. Box 307, Urbana, IL 61803.
