Susan J Krista

KRISTA, Susan J, age 65 of Kettering, passed away peacefully on April 30, 2016. She was born in Parkersburg, WV to the late Rev. Kyle and Thelma Phipps. She worked for many years with the Kettering Health Network as a registered nurse and held other management positions. She was a kind and compassionate women and will be greatly missed. Susan loved the ocean and enjoyed spending her free time on the water. She had a passion for animals.

Susan is survived by her husband of 33 years, Alan Krista; son, Sean (Stacey) Oberschlake; grandson, Drew; sister, Chris (Jennie) Phipps; and many other loving relatives and friends.

A gathering and celebration of Susan's life will take place on Thursday, May 5, 2016 at Newcomer Funeral Home - Kettering from 5pm-8pm.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Susan's memory to SICSA.
