Susan Alfano

Susan Alfano, age 71 of Dayton, passed away January 9, 2018. She was born December 16, 1946 in Kirksville, MO. She was preceded in death by her father, Herbert G. Webb.

Susan is survived by her mother, Jean L. Webb; husband of 51 years, John Alfano; son, John Alfano; daughter, Jennifer Hill; grandchildren: Victoria, John, Natalie, Jillian, Emma, Nolan and Noah; brother, Karl (Rebecca) Webb; sisters: Martha (Bill) Kidd and Margaret (Del) Emery; numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Susan worked at St. Elizabeth Hospital for more than 20 years, and retired from Grandview Hospital after 11 years of service.

Visitation will be held from 2-4 pm on Sunday, January 14, 2018 at Newcomer North Chapel, 4104 Needmore Road. A private graveside will be held for the family at Dayton Memorial Park Cemetery. Contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Association, in honor of Susan's mother, Jean and in memory of her mother-in-law, Margaret.
