Sue E. Slouffman, age 58, passed away Saturday, July 16, 2016 in Spring Valley, OH. Sue was born February 7, 1958 in Dayton, OH to the late William and Ruth Mattox.
Sue is survived by her husband of nearly 40 years, Ted Slouffman; daughter, Ashlee (Ben) Jones; granddaughters: Makenzee and Madison; cousins: Jerry and Jana Lehman; as well as numerous other relatives and friends.
Sue was a "card playin' momma", and an enthusiastic maker of crafts. She enjoyed attending craft festivals, going to the beach, camping, traveling, family shopping trips, family get-togethers, reading, and her dog, Jack.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, July 23, 2016 at 5:00 p.m. at Newcomer Funeral Home, Beavercreek Chapel (3380 Dayton-Xenia Rd., Beavercreek, OH). The family will receive friends for one hour prior to the service from 4:00 to 5:00 p.m.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Sue's memory to Hospice of Dayton or to one's local animal shelter.
