Steven Edward Terrill, age 39, currently of Montevallo, AL, originally from Dayton, left us unexpectedly on February 4, 2012. He was born on May 17, 1972 to Mike Terrill and Vickie Pohlschneider. Steve was preceded in death by his grandfathers, Seldon "Curley" Terrill and James Kincaid; his step grandfather, Walter Claywell.
In addition to his parents, Vickie (Lloyd) Pohlschneider and Mike (Carolyn) Terrill, Steve is survived by his loving wife, Lisa (Burns); three children, Christopher Steven, Aaron Steven and Brett Steven; three siblings, Dawnyel (Jamie) Durham, Eric Littlefield and Robert Terrill; grandmothers, Dorothy Terrill and Jeanette Claywell; a host of nieces, nephews, other family members and good friends.
Steve was a retired Captain of the Ohio Military Reserve. He was the former police Chief of the village of Laura Police Department. He currently worked as a district manager of VRC Investigative Services. He was also a member of Dogwood Grove Christian Church in Montevallo, AL. Steve was the Boss and Head Wrangler of the Triple Cross Ranch. The family would like to send out a special Thank You to the Woodward, Parker and Haut families for their love and support. Donations may be made in Steve's memory to The Triple Cross Ranch.
A visitation will be held on Friday February 10, 2012 from 5:00-8:00 pm at Beavercreek Christian Church, 3009 Shakertown Rd. A funeral service will be held the following morning, February 11, 2012 at 11:00 am at the church. Bro. Todd Burr to officiate services. A memorial service will be held at a later date at Steve's church, Dogwood Grove Christian Church of Montevallo, AL.
