Steven D. Rogers, age 46 of Kettering, OH passed away on Monday, June 10, 2019. He was born March 12, 1973 in Dayton, Ohio to Shelby and Chesta (Harshman) Rogers.
Steve graduated from Beavercreek High School in 1992. After high school he attended Wright State University and graduated with a degree in Political Science. Steve was a buyer in various industries including grocery and most recently, chemicals. He worked for Quaker Chemicals, Kroger, and SuperValu during his career. Steve enjoyed swimming and was an avid recyclist, seeking out things to recycle.
Steven is survived by his brother and family; his children Nathan Long, Gary and Ava Rogers; the children's mother, Lara Reid; and other family and friends. He is preceded in death by his parents.
Private services will be held at a later date at the convenience of the family.
