Steven Meadows

Steven Meadows, age 59, of Dayton, Ohio, passed away on October 16, 2023. He was born in Dayton, Ohio on June 30, 1964 to James and Marilyn Meadows. Steve is preceded in death by his father, James, whom passed away in 2021.

Steve is survived by his mother, Marilyn; brother, David and his wife, Jene Shaw; uncle, Donald of Beckley, West Virginia; as well as many cousins who provided much needed support.

Steve worked for many years as a manager for Dominos Pizza. He was based mostly in New Orleans, Louisiana but also managed stores in New Jersey and Mississippi. Steve loved to cook and made many good meals for his family. He was an avid Ohio State fan and loved John Wayne movies. Steve will be sorely missed for his ready smile and his sense of humor.

The family would like to acknowledge friends, Michele Ewing and Charles Franz for helping to care for Steve and his mother during his illness. They were a blessing to both, providing transportation and support. His aunt Vivian called him frequently and provided much needed spiritual support. Family is also grateful for the many prayers from other family members and friends during his long illness.
