Steven Douglas Hasty

Steven Douglas "Steve" Hasty, age 54, of Dayton, passed away on January 1, 2022. He was born in Dayton, Ohio, on April 3, 1967, the son of the late Richard and Lydia "Jane" Hasty.
He was preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Mickey Hasty, Lloyd Hasty; his sister, Grace Hasty; and several nieces and nephews.
Steve is survived by his beloved wife, Robin Conley; daughter, Kathy (Tyler) Wintrow; grandchildren, Conner and Logan; siblings, Linda (Norm) Goulet, Ernie (Mary) Hasty, Richard (Cindy) Hasty, Mattie Hasty, Pepe (Alicia) Hasty, Henry (Bridgette) Hasty, Mitchell (Mary) Hasty, Tim (Teresa) Hasty and Shawnterra (Robin) Shawhan; brother-in-law, Richard (Susan) Conley; father-in-law, Phillip Conley; step-son, Brett Conley; sister-in-law, Neveah Conley; and many other loving nieces, nephews, family and friends.
He was a member of Valley Street Pentecostal Holiness Church for many years. In his free time, he enjoyed working on many projects, whether they were for himself, his family or friends. Steve's faith was something he held very dear. His love for the Lord was something he was always willing to share with others. Steve was a very outgoing personality and always had a smile on his face. He was also a very devoted family man and would do anything for those he loved. He often but others needs ahead of his. Steve will be greatly missed by those who knew and loved him.
Visitation will be held from 5:00pm - 8:00pm, on Tuesday, January 11, 2022, at Newcomer Funeral Home, 4104 Needmore Rd., Dayton. Funeral Services will be held at 12:00 pm, on Wednesday, January 12, 2022, at Valley Street Pentecostal Holiness Church, 2605 Valley St., Dayton, with Reverend Mitchell Hasty officiating. Burial will follow at Willow View Cemetery.
Donations may be made to the church in Steve's memory.
