Steven David Diviak, Jr. 56, passed away August 16, 2021 at Hospitality of Xenia following a lengthy illness.
Born August 12, 1965 in Dayton, Ohio, Dave attended Mad River Local Schools and Effingham County High School in Springfield, Georgia. He was an outstanding welder and worked for several companies in this profession.
He was a Compound Bow enthusiast, sang in several garage bands, loved riding 4 wheelers, throwing frisbee, and shooting pool. His number one passion was golf. He was a gifted comedian that never met a stranger. Above all, he loved his family.
He was preceded in death by his infant Daughter, Nicole Lee Diviak; Parental Grandparents Steven V. and Barbara M. Diviak; Maternal Grandparents Aurthur and Phyllis Smith and Luther and Nelda Jarrell.
Survivors include his 3 Daughters that he loved with his whole heart, Heather (Brandon) Chapman, Gretchen (Caitlin) Clutter, and Cierra Diviak; 10 Grandchildren that were the light of his life, Julian Cruz, Kaylee Cruz, Willow Chapman, Piper Chapman, Norah Chapman, Alyssa Davidson, Madeline Davidson, Myah Clutter, Elliana Diviak, and Braedyn Diviak; Parents, Steven D. Diviak Sr. and Katherine Diviak; Sisters Terri (Craig) Powers, Barbi (Tracy) Rahn, Jen (Doug) Wells, Christina (Jevon) Robertson; Brother John (Sharon) Diviak. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews that adored him.
