Steven B. Bevard

Steven Brent Bevard, age 68, of Riverside, Ohio, passed away on December 25, 2023. He was born June 30, 1955 in McArthur, Ohio, to the late Roy and Eileen Bevard. In addition to his parents, Steve was preceded in death by daughter, Mary Bevard; brother, Sammuel Bevard; sister, Karen Bevard; nephew, Sammuel Bevard Jr.; niece, Tracy Bevard; brother in law, Steve Nelson; and his good friend, Bill.

Steve is survived by his wife of over 50 years, Abrenda ; children: Stefanie (Heather Miller) Bevard, Angela Camplin, Jackelene Jagel, Jason Bevard, and Lonnie Carpenter; numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren; sisters: Carolyn, Becky, and Tonya; brother, Roy Jr; many nieces and nephews; as well as numerous other family and friends.

Steve was a certified mechanic, he enjoyed working in his garage fixing pallets. He also loved going out on the lake in his boat, watching westerns, and testing his luck on scratch off tickets. Steve was an amazing husband, father, and grandfather. He loved spending time with his family, including playing cards with his wife Abrenda. Steve was a selfless man, he devoted his time to helping his family and others. He will be missed by all who knew and loved him.

A visitation will be held on Saturday, December 30, 2023 from 9:30am to 10:30am at the Newcomer North Chapel, 4104 Needmore Road, Dayton. Funeral services will be held immediately after at 10:30am.
