Steve Riggsby

Steve Riggsby, age 67 of Kettering, passed away June 16, 2015. He was born April 14, 1948 in Springfield to the late William and Ella Riggsby. In addition to his parents, Steve was preceded in death by his brothers: Dale Ison and Willie Riggsby; father, Noah Ison; and step-father, Gary Wehr.

Steve is survived by his wife, Linda Riggsby; children: Angie Piper, Scott Riggsby and Zach Riggsby; grandson, Michael Riggsby; mother, Dortha Wehr; siblings: Sharon, Roger, John, Saundra, Pam, Michael, Tom, Tim, Rob, Jeff and Mike; and numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Steve was a wonderful man who loved his family. He loved life, had many friends and will be missed by all who knew him.

Visitation will be held from 5-8 pm on Friday, June 19, 2015 at Newcomer Funeral Home, 3380 Dayton-Xenia Road, Beavercreek, where the funeral service will be held at 10:00 am on Saturday. Burial to follow at Glen Haven Memorial Gardens.
