Stephen VanDegrift, age 67, of Englewood, passed away September 12, 2021. He was born November 5, 1953 in Dayton, Ohio. Steve was preceded in death by his father, Jack VanDegrift; and brother, Paul VanDegrift.
Steve is survived by daughter, Amber Epperley (John); mother, Maryellen VanDegrift; grandchildren: Cadence and Lillian Epperley; sister, Donna Clendening; brother, David VanDegrift (Debbie); many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Steve was a civilian employee at WPAFB for the last 43 years in Emergency Management.
Visitation will be held from 5-7 pm on Tuesday, September 21, 2021 at Newcomer North Chapel, 4104 Needmore Road. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 am on Wednesday at St. Helen Parish, 605 Granville Place, Dayton. Fr. Satish Joseph, Celebrant.
