Stephen A. Swanson

Stephen A. Swanson, age 73, passed away Saturday, April 20, 2019 at Heartland of Centerville. He was born February 24, 1946 in Dayton, Ohio the son of the late Arthur and Juanita Swanson.

Steve enjoyed being adventurous by racing motorcycles, traveling and was an avid sport fan whether he was playing or watching his favorite teams. He excelled at multiple careers including building and land development.

Stephen is survived by his sister, Deborah Gregg; niece, Missy (Mags) Gregg; nephews, Ryan (Bryan) Bansbach and Stephen (Kristen) Gregg; great-niece, Zoe and great-nephew, Daire; and aunt, Diane (Jerry) VonderBrink.

Family will receive friends Friday, April 26, 2019 from 4-5 p.m. at Newcomer South Dayton Chapel, 3940 Kettering Blvd, where a memorial service will follow at 5 p.m. Private family interment at a later date at David's Cemetery.

Family requests no flowers for Stephen's services.
