Stephanie Erin Staup

Our sweet, loving rainbow woman has left this plane and moved on to the next. She was the most colorfully kind person you could ever meet. Always ready with a sympathetic ear to listen and sound advice to offer. She was a safe harbor in life's stormy seas for so many.

Her smile and buoyant personality cut a wide path in the darkness wherever she went. Stephanie saw the world and those around her through a rainbow filter. Always looking for and finding the gold within others. Her art reflected her vision – she saw past the shell and went straight to the source of her subject.

She struggled mightily throughout her life and yet remained a happy hippy sister who loved large and was always exploring to learn and do more. From the very beginning of her life, I told her often how proud I was of her and not because of what she did, what she came back from or for any other thing than just existing. I heard her echo this often to her favorite Kitty Cat familiars Frau and Raisin. She would say "Thank you for Existing!"

If you are reading this then she has touched your life with her gifts, her art, her smile, her touch. Honor our Amazon Rainbow Sister by sharing the light she gave you with others. Keep the love and light flowing and think of her Somewhere Over the Rainbow.
